Ubuntu 13.04 "Raring" has reached end-of-life, and updated FS-UAE packages for this distribution will not be built any more (because Launchpad rejects new packages for Ubuntu 13.04 now). Consider upgrading to a newer Ubuntu version if you are still on 13.04!
